A warm day, a garden hose, some mud, and friends. The kids got a good taste of what summer fun is all about!! The afternoon started with Mackey and the hose wanting to water the flowers. But with three other kids in the backyard, more was bound to happen. Mac started to create a nice mud puddle at the bottom of the slide and Cooper and Emma had a blast sliding down into the mud. They became dirty beyond all recognition. The clean freak in me just let it go and the kids had a blast. Amber (Emma & little Coop's mom) & I laughed so hard our sides hurt.
Maybe we all need to play in the sprinkler and the mud this summer to remember what being a kid is all about.
